What should a new client know about working with you?

Brandy believes that building trust and rapport is the cornerstone of effective care. She creates a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Her approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to meeting clients where they are, working together to develop personalized strategies for achieving their wellness goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Once an appointment is booked, please expect a call from the office to schedule a New Patient Evaluation to determine diagnoses (if any). After that determination, I will get a history, assess your symptoms, and then we would discuss a treatment plan that may or may not include medication, supplements, nutrition, psychotherapy, environmental changes, and/or lab work. Depending on the diagnosis and treatment, a 20-30 minute follow up appointment is usually within 2-4 weeks after the initial appointment
