“The receptionist didn't know how to check ZocDoc to confirm the appointment. There was no record of me in their system but when they went into Zocdoc, I was scheduled. I also completed all the check-in forms on ZocDoc. They had no record of it. I had to then email them the forms I completed on ZocDoc because they wanted me to fill out the forms a second time. Other than that, great visit. ”

Everyone in the office is very friendly and professional. Dr. Desai helped me figure out why the baby was not breastfeeding well and briefly reviewed breastfeeding position with me. She also saved me from pumping so much by helping me understand my baby's cues better (turns out we were overfeeding her). And when the baby had emergency issues, she saw us right away, giving us same day appointments.
