A board-certified dermatologist, Brent Sloten has been in private practice since 2002. After earning a Bachelor of Science degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, Dr. Sloten attended The Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He was awarded his degree in 1996. He completed a traditional rotating internship at St. Barnabas Hospital, located in the Bronx, New York. Dr. Sloten then went on to complete his Dermatological residency at the Western University of Health Sciences' Arizona division. He is a clinical assistant professor at Midwestern University School of Osteopathic Medicine.

Maybe he is really good and can tell what problem one has right away, but the way I saw it he spent way too little time with diagnosis and answering my questions. He was always in an awful hurry. The manner he treated me was very impersonal and unprofessional. I don't think I'll ever see him again.

Dr. Sloten was absolutely amazing! His staff is incredibly friendly! There was hardly any wait time. He ran on time. He was very thorough, caring, and has a great bedside manner and personality. He treated me with dignity and respect. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a dermatologist.

Dr Sloten + his staff are always a comfort to me. I was diagnosed with early stage Melanoma + within two hours, I was being treated + the surgery was performed immediately + the after-care was wonderful. I trust my life with this group of professionals. :)
