I was very impressed with the team. I was greeted immediately, and each team member was engaging, friendly and knowledgeable. It was my daughter's first eye exam and they were patient and accommodating. It was a very pleasant experience all around.

A Texas Optometry Board licensed therapeutic optometrist, with an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist Designation. Dr. Brett Donaldson graduated Cum Laude from the University of Houston - College of Optometry and received his Bachelors of Science degree from the Business and Management College of University of Maryland. Dr. Donaldson has completed externships at MacGregor Eye Institute of Houston and the Eye Center of Texas, also in Houston.
Dr. Donaldson spent three years as the contact lens specialist for the largest LASIK clinic in the Southeast. He concentrated on specialty types of contact lens fittings, post surgical care and treatment of ocular diseases. Along with these, his other areas of interest include sports vision, computer vision and low vision care.
He is a member of the Texas Optometric Association, North Carolina Optometric Association, American Optometric Association and the Katy Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Donaldson enjoys spending time with his wife Fatima and three children, playing and coaching various sports and surfing at the beach.

Dr. Brett Donaldson was great and sounds very knowledgeable. However, his staff is not on the same level. I understand in these kind of practices the doctors relay on the their staff for clerical and other functions but I think Dr. Donaldson needs to take a hard look at his staff. When I demanded my eyeglasses RX, I had to call and stop their offices four times to get it. First I was told the doctor is out to lunch and was told a fairy tale about why the doctor was late going to lunch. I was just one thing after another and I’m sure the experience would have been more pleasant if I purchased glasses from them. Never again.

Horrible wait time; I had a 10 AM appointment, and it took 2 hours for a 5 minute visit. I was shuffled to seven different waiting/exam rooms during the wait.
