About Dr. Brian Cole

Englewood Spine Associates' Dr. Cole provides complete surgical care using the latest technologies in cervical and lumbar total disc replacement, as well as minimally invasive and endoscopic surgery.
Dr. Cole is Ivy League trained, having earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Pennsylvania. He completed his residency at New York Medical College, Saint Vincent Hospital, and his fellowship in adult and pediatric spinal surgery at Temple University Hospital and Shriners Hospitals for Children. He is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons and is licensed to practice in New Jersey, New York, and Florida. With over 24 years of training and experience, Dr. Cole has been recognized as a Castle Connolly Top Doc for spine surgery since 2017. We provide state-of-the-art care for your neck and low back problems, no matter how severe. Additionally, we offer on-site x-ray and immediate in-office care for acute low back injuries.

Dr. Cole is one of the best doctors around. His bedside manner is fantastic, he listens and gives advice and recommends ways about going to get to the end result. His staff is nice and friendly, very kind and professional. They all listen to what you have to say, no matter if it’s a lot or a little, they listen to every detail. I would recommend Dr. Cole to anyone seeking back advice, he knows his craft and does it well. Very knowledgeable as well as kind and friendly. He will calmly and smoothly explain results to you, what is a possible scenario of things going on, he knows how to talk to and treat his patients.

Very professional staff. I was acknowledged by staff as soon as I walked in. Check in was easy with a tablet. I like that I see the P.A. first as she took my history. All staff introduced themselves by name.

I’m a returning patient to Englewood Spine Associates and Dr. Cole is wonderful. Extremely pleasant and reassuring. He’s performed two procedures; one on my back and a disc replacement, in my neck. He has a calming nature and made me feel safe. His staff are wonderful. Informative and patient. Lovely people.

Professional office, seen immediately by the PA who took my history. Xray tech was quick and thorough. MD took the time to explain the films, and diagnosis. Then went over the treatment plan. Would highly recommend this MD.
