I waited a very long time. I filled out the forms on line that took about 11 minutes. I was called into a room and spoke to someone on the computer. I got there at 1 and left at 2:30 because I needed to babysit my grandchildren . The doctor took a patient that came in after me . I don’t expect to be seen right away but I don’t expect to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes. When I walked into-the office there was one woman waiting for her husband. Another man came in when I got called into the room. He was done before me. It was a total waste of time. They told me the wait was because I did not do the paper work ahead of time. The only thing I received ahead of time was from Zocdoc. It was very disappointing. I have been dealing with some health issues and going to doctors all week. In one office they did blood work and I had to wait for the results. I was in and out of that office in one hour. I certainly felt he fid not care about me as a patient and I would never go back again.

I signed up for telehealth care appointment was a waste of time and money after I paid for my appointment, they told me they would not see me unless I came into the office which defeats the purpose of telehealth care

Not a great experience from a ZocDoc top rated provider. First copies of my insurance card & drivers license weren't scanned, the clerk used her own personal phone to take pictures of my personal information. I then waited for over a half hour to be brought inside. There after waiting again, I had my vitals taken. Then i was questioned about my condition on a laptop, by a nurse who was working from home. There were technical issues and I had to wait as they got tech support on the line to fix it. When that was done, I waited again and was then interviewed by a PA, who informed me that my insurance (Blue Cross-Blue Shield) wasn't accepted. The doctor popped his head into the room, not to see me, but to get something out of one of the cabinets. I was told that the doctor was in the middle of a lengthy procedure and that I could wait a while to see him or see him the next time I came in. He may be a great doctor, but I'll never know, due to the office's lack of professionalism.

If you are considering pain management specialists, I urge you to choose Maywell Health. Dr. Mayrsohn and his PA, Rebecca Timoney, have truly transformed my life. Before discovering them, my pain was woefully undertreated, as there are few pain management doctors where I live. They quickly accommodated me, pinpointed the specific nerves causing my excruciating pain, and devised a comprehensive treatment plan. Beyond their medical expertise, I have never encountered healthcare professionals as compassionate as they are. They genuinely care about their patients' well-being and understand the toll that chronic pain takes on mental health. After my first appointment, I was moved to tears, having endured six years of misery. My appt started late and it took some time before I saw Dr. Mayrsohn. That aside, my experience with him was beyond amazing. I was super anxious and stressed at the start of my appt -- m injury has caused me tremendous psychological stress/pain over the past month or so, and the wait time heightened my emotions. But Dr. Mayrsohn took this in stride. He didn't get defensive but instead just focused on what we could do to get me to a better place physically and psychologically. He listened to me and acknowledged the multi-faceted nature of pain experience and treatment. He was so friendly and knowledgeable and I felt like I could really trust him. I feel like so many doctors are quick to throw out quick, bandaid fixes, and not fully understand my story. I also feel like many doctors don't see the uniqueness of my situation being a highly athletic person. I felt very seen and validated by Dr. Mayrsohn and feel so relieved and eager to have found him and to keep working with him.

Dr. Mayrsohn was prompt, respectful, and kind. He was professional yet friendly. Basically he has great bedside manner! He also is very knowledgeable. He took the time to hear my story and then asked pertinent questions to really get a picture of what's been going on. He offered good suggestions and presented a clear plan forward. I felt 'heard' (never felt rushed) and I'm hopeful that I'll be feeling a lot better soon.

Dr. Mayrsohn is a very knowledgeable physician who thinks outside the box to solve multifaceted/ multilayered problems for patients. I appreciate the his willingness to take on a patient like me who has several things going on at the same time and he seems genuinely excited to get me better. In a short period of time, we’ve made changes and I’m seeing drastic results- one being that I’m not miserable in pain every day. I’m very grateful for him. He has a great personality and is a great listener, which really helps when you’re in pain and have been to a ton of docs. He has tremendous training. His staff is really friendly. 11/10 recommend

I received a comprehensive intake. Everyone listened and spoke to me like they are partnering with me on my pain management journey.
Pain management has to be achieved through a comprehensive approach and Dr. Mayrsohn understands that better than any other doctor I’ve been to. He asked about my mental health, physical health, and overall wellbeing. He also was interested in my previous diagnosis and experiences with pain management.
There are many options in the pain management journey and I felt so seen and understood throughout my first visit with him. I highly recommend Dr. Mayrsohn and his team!
