Dr Reed was knowledgeable quick and super nice. I did wait over an hour to get in a room, which wouldn’t have been a big deal, but my kids had half a day for conferences so I was rushing to get home and afraid to be late

Professional, through,and quick. Would recommend
Verified patient
Doctor was great the overall experience of the facility was just okay there was a bit of a wait time even though I had an appointment but overall I left there almost 1hr and 45 mins after my scheduled time appointment
Verified patient
Would not recommend because of the unclean rooms. There was a bloody toenail on the floor, garbage cans were full, and you can tell they didn’t clean after the previous patient was seen. #1 rule in healthcare should be cleanliness and this place did not have that

This office has their stuff together! The office confirmed the appointment, and when I got there, the friendly front desk lady greeted me with an efficient way to fill out the necessary paperwork. Then, not two minutes after I finished the paperwork, Morris called me back to the room for my appointment. He got a quick statement, sent me to the x-ray room in a timely manner, and the x-ray tech was awesome at prompting for getting me to position my foot just right for a clear shot. The x-rays took like one minute, and then I was back to the room, and Dr. Brian Reade arrived about a minute after. He had received and reviewed the x-ray in lightning speed and was able to show me where I had broken my toe. He listened to my concerns too, not just relying on the x-ray, so that made me feel heard. He was great. Good vibes. In and out of the appointment in less than thirty-minutes. Much appreciated:)

Very efficiently run. I needed an XRay which took longer, but the doctor was great, explained everything thoroughly, and answered my questions fully.

Dr. Reade quickly evaluated & addressed both a fungal infection & cellulitis which had by appointment time (same-day, new patient) had spread to just above my knee. He directed me immediately to Montefiore-Newburgh where I was evaluated for DVT (negative) and given IV antibiotics. Within a week, the cellulitis is resolved & fungal infection clearing.
