I encourage patients to take an active role in their treatment. While I am understanding and easy to communicate with, I am also straightforward and transparent.

What should a new client know about working with you?

On the initial visit I will ask a lot of questions to get a complete understanding of what's going on with you, this will last anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hour. This is also our time to see if we are a good fit to work together and to develop your treatment plan.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

After the initial assessment we will discuss any medication(s) suggestion and or therapy, from there we (you and I) will meet monthly to see how your treatment plan is working and adjust medication(s) if needed and address any other challenges if any occur.
