Ms. Riley is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with a background in trauma and psychiatric care and is a decorated Commander in the United States Navy. She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Grand Canyon University, a Master's in Family Nursing from the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center, and a Master's in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from City University of New York, Hunter College. Her scope of practice includes psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis and treatment, and psychiatric medication management.

Dr. Riley had excellent bedside manner and was very easy to talk to and discuss my needs. She seemed invested in my wellbeing and pushed to discuss topics further versus only addressing the one topic I put in my startup paperwork. I've only had one initial session so far but she was considerate and kind and I plan to see her again.

My virtual visit with Ms. Riley was just what I needed to feel better about life's many stressors. She took the time to let me organize my sometimes non-linear thoughts and talk it out before giving sound advice I could immediately act on. She was welcoming, knowledgable and not at all intimidating. Since it was my first visit, I had to complete some digital paperwork, which was a breeze (thanks, Kevin!). I look forward to meeting with her regularly!

Ms. Riley is amazing! Not only did she take the time out to listen to each word but she also provided wonderful advice. I could not recommend her highly enough. I felt as though I was heard and understood by her regarding my concerns and my medication. The fact that she was a nurse first really shows because she is very caring and makes you feel as though you're her top priority just as any great nurse does. Scheduling with her was super easy and I received e-mail back very quickly to confirm my appointment and fill out demographics. Since covid is happening, we had an online meeting and it was very simple and she made me feel comfortable on my first ever online appointment. Will 100% be visiting with her again!

Dr. Riley was attentive and supportive of my concerns. The initial consultation was booked quickly, and the new patient paper work was done digitally, which helped expedite the process. Better than expected - I was a bit aprehensive about this 1st visit, not knowing much what to expect and feeling very nervous. But Ms. Riley made me comfortable from her greeting and throughout the session. I felt better knowing that I had a place to come back to. Thank you again.
