From the front desk to the bedside communication I was immediately respected and cared for. Everyone was kind, accommodating, and most importantly -- my issues were instantly taken seriously. I was heard and solutions were given straight away. My Practitioner even came into my room a second time with more ideas for seeking solutions. That level of respect and care was so surprising to me - they really set a standard here.

Dr. Solorzano was incredibly sweet and comforting! She encouraged me to explain all my symptoms/current conditions and helped suggest next steps. I truly felt heard and like I was in control of the appointment, rather than I was being told what I should/shouldn’t do. She is clearly very caring and explained everything in detail. I didn’t feel rushed, she was patient and considerate. Highly highly recommend :)

I moved into to San Fernando area about 7 months ago. I searched online for a primary care provider that accepted my insurance but it wasn’t until I gave Zocdoc a brief look that I found this pleasant experience all in one place.
I’m glad I tried Zocdoc. The PA, Bridget, that I saw today was awesome. She asked a lot of questions to learn more about me and my medical history.
