Initially inspired to dissolve the myth that healthy food is flavorless, she enrolled in a Culinary Nutrition program at Johnson & Wales University. This is where she mastered the art of crafting nutritious, flavor-packed meals. She continued her studies at Saint Louis University, where she earned a Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition and Sports Nutrition. Throughout her career, Britney has worked coast to coast in health resorts, weight-loss facilities, athletic complexes, and nutrition clinics. Along the way, she has accumulated knowledge and skills to reverse a variety of medical conditions using a food as medicine approach. She pairs innovative tools and creativity to catapult her clients on a clear path to health and vitality. One bite at a time, Britney inspires people to enjoy the taste of success in building healthy lifestyles to last a lifetime. In her free time, Britney enjoys hiking, paddle-boarding, and hosting local cooking demos.
