About Brittany Spieker

Brittany's health journey was never an easy, clear path. For years, she struggled with debilitating symptoms that would come crashing into her life like clockwork. After 10 years, she was finally diagnosed with endometriosis. In the wake of that, she was left with many unknowns about how to manage endo and live a full life. While there is no cure for endo, there are many ways to manage the condition through diet and lifestyle. The same goes for other diagnoses and life stages! This lifelong journey guided Brittany to become a Registered Dietitian in 2017. She earned both her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Nutrition and Health Sciences from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. In 2021, she opened her private practice, Uniquely You Nutrition, to support women in their own health journeys by providing 1-on-1 nutrition coaching. Also in 2021, Brittany was honored to be chosen as Nebraska's Recognized Young Dietitian of the Year. Brittany supports women wherever they are in their health journey-fertility, prenatal, postpartum, endometriosis, PCOS, or thyroid diagnosis-by providing a gentle, personalized approach. Working with Brittany, you will have the proper tools and personal support to feel confident and comfortable in your own beautiful body.
