Before he came to New York, Dr. Fletcher earned his medical degree at St. George's University School of Medicine. At Brooklyn Hospital Center he built on his internal medicine training, beginning with an internship in internal medicine and was a chief resident of internal medicine when he completed his residency in the 80s. These days, Dr. Fletcher likes to stay involved with his peers outside of work. To stay up-to-date, he participates in professional associations like American Medical Association and the New York Academy of Sciences. Dr. Fletcher is also an avid runner, and he can often be spotted around Brooklyn on a long-distance jaunt. When he’s not working, you might also find him windsurfing or brushing up on his painting skills.

Dr B. is great! It's busy there but i always get seen at my appointment time. The staff are nice too - friendly and helpful - this is a real contrast with other Dr's offices I have been to. No problems will billing or insurance with a visit here either, so I guess the staff know their job too.

Dr Fletcher seems good, but his office is a bit ratty and full of clutter, and in one of those old/run-down medical buildings. On the upside, you can get lab work done right there in the building itself. He'll make you wait, though.
