The experience was excellent. NP Tyler was very thorough, seemed to be a great listener, and took the time to get a complete medical history. The experience didn’t seem rushed at all, and he even provided a discharge summary of the visit. The office is clean and quiet, and the process was very streamlined. I would recommend him and his practice as a 10/10.

The staff took care of me and my high blood pressure immediately.
The staff continued to check on me while they made sure my pressure was lowered and I would recommend this office and staff to anyone!!

I went to this Dr because I had just switched insurance from Kaiser and did not have a Doctor. I was told that they accepted my insurance and was in network, however that was not the case. I did not have to wait long to be seen but I felt like I was not listened to and assumption were made and prescriptions were just written to get money not to solve the problem.
The lab results were not explained thoroughly to me to alleviate all of my concerns. I received a high bill that did not clearly break down what I was being charged for, instead it had the same generic explanation for 5-6 different charges. I also received another high bill from LabCorp that I had to pay. All of this for a 20 minute visit and I still had to go to another Endocrinologist to address the problem correctly. I think this was waste of time and money and I should have just waited to find my forever Doctor.
Good luck to anyone who uses this service. I hope its not for a serious problem.

This doctor isn’t your typical expert on what he practices - I rarely follow through with a review or rating however when I am so genuinely impressed and or grateful to say the least, I make darn sure I let others know that this is a good choice for a variety of people for endless reasons suiting individual needs . he truly took the time to Counsel me - as in, THOROUGHLY explain in depth my medical concerns and not just the health issue at hand, but allll the trillion billion questions I had regarding it plus other issues and concerns . Sure , a doctor is supposed to do these things as it’s his job, right? Pshhhh I disagree here lately judging from several experiences at hospitals and at doctor offices . I never judge or leave bad reviews bc ppl have bad days but point is , he answered the phone and In one call of me canceling the appointment , he was able to
without attitude like others - answer MORE than a local hospital and doctors office and more did in hours!

I’m not really good at reviews, but he was really an overall understanding person whom I could absolutely see being my new regular PCP.
