Hello, I'm Caitlin! Originally from Atlanta, GA, I've been enjoying life in Nashville for the past four years. I earned my Bachelor's degree from Piedmont University and completed my Master's in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. I take a holistic approach to mental health, working to help you feel like yourself again. While I specialize in pediatric care, I'm here to support anyone who needs it. Outside of work, I love traveling, hiking, playing tennis, and spending time with my two dogs.

My role is to support you in finding balance and clarity as we work together to address your mental health needs. I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable discussing your experiences and goals, and I’m here to provide guidance tailored to you. My process starts by taking the time to truly get to know you, understanding your unique background, experiences, and strengths. We’ll discuss some of your personal history to build a comprehensive picture, and from there, we’ll dive into the mental health areas you want to address. Whether we’re tackling specific challenges or seeking a better understanding of your mental health, I'm here to offer tools, insights, and unwavering support throughout our journey together. This is a collaborative process, and I encourage you to bring all your questions and ideas as we work toward your goals.
