Once completing her studies, Dr. Gilman began her postgraduate training in 2014 with a residency in pediatrics at New York University Langone Medical Center/Bellevue Hospital Center, ending in 2017. Dr. Gilman’s research focuses on nutrition and the prevention and management of pediatric obesity and diabetes. Her work on pediatric mental health has been published in a number of journals. Dr. Gilman is board certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
