About Callie Exas
Callie is a licensed registered dietitian nutritionist specializing in women’s health and wellbeing. In addition to her MS in clinical nutrition, she holds a masters of public health from NYU and has over 10 years of experience supporting women as they move through the different seasons of their lives from fertility to pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.
In her work, Callie's mission is to empower women by taking a deeper dive into the biological, physiological, and psychological components of her client’s nutrition and self care practices. I cannot recommend Callie more highly! I love her practical approach to nutrition and appreciate how she is able to explain things in a really understandable way. She makes nutrition so accessible and less intimidating than other professionals I've worked with. I've worked with her for several years and recommend her to everyone I know.

She understands what obstacles there may be in life and honestly and realistically approaches nutrition and and wellness. She helps calm overwhelm and is reassuring and supportive.
