I specialize in treating PTSD, anxiety, depression, and mood-related concerns, and I work alongside my patients to integrate both evidence-based psychiatric medicine and holistic approaches to support their long-term well-being. I am committed to helping patients feel heard, understood, and supported from day one.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
During the initial intake assessment, I’ll spend time evaluating and learning about the patient’s symptoms, history, and priorities. Together, we work to develop a personalized treatment plan that may include interventional treatments such as Spravato (esketamine) nasal spray, ketamine-assisted therapy, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), medication management, or the dual sympathetic reset (DSR) of the advanced stellate ganglion blocks (SGB). My ultimate goal is to provide steady, supportive care that helps patients move toward emotional balance and long-term wellness.

After scheduling, you will receive an email from Stella Mental Health containing your intake paperwork. Please allow 30 minutes to complete this form. Your responses will help us prepare for your appointment. All patients are required to complete the intake form at least 24 business hours before their appointment.
You will receive a phone call from a dedicated Care Advocate, who can answer any questions you may have. Please be prepared to provide a credit card to keep on file for co-pays or cancellation fees. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full intake appointment fee ($292).
During your intake appointment, you’ll spend the hour collaborating with your provider on a customized treatment plan. If in-person treatments are recommended—such as TMS, Spravato, DSR SGB, or ketamine-assisted therapy—our Care Advocate team will guide you through the process and ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
