Mrs. Carey Krause is a nurse practitioner specializing in psychiatry. She welcomes patients with bipolar disorder, hyperactive disorder (ADD/ADHD), anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).

She is also board certified in Family Medicine. She is committed to helping her patients throughout their healing journey, leading to a good quality of life.

I focus on implementing both medication and therapeutic interventions to target the underlying causes of mental health disorders."
What is your typical process for working with clients?
"I hope for my clients to feel safe, heard, and cared for when meeting with me to treat their mental health needs. Every individual views mental health treatment differently, and I will strive understand your goals for treatment by creating your individualized plan of care with you."
Once a patient inquires about care, I will verify your insurance/payment options to ensure coverage prior to scheduling. The initial intake will review your past medical history and psychiatric history, as well as address your goals for treatment. Follow-up visit frequency will be determined at that time. Please note that controlled substances cannot be prescribed through telemedicine/virtual visits.
** PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A $150 CANCELLATION FEE FOR VISITS CANCELED WITHIN A 72 HOUR PERIOD. BY SCHEDULING THROUGH ZOC DOC, YOU AGREE TO THIS PAYMENT VIA INVOICE OR HEADWAY IF A VISIT IS CANCELLED.**
