About Carlos Fragoso

-- Carlos completed his Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition at New York University. He is a Registered Dietitian and a former Equinox group fitness instructor with extensive experience in acute and sub-acute care. Carlos completed his clinical rotations at NYU Langone Medical Center and worked at the Mount Sinai Health System in New York City after receiving his master’s degree. He is the founder of Nutrethos – a nutrition, health and wellness brand that provides one-on-one counseling, workshops, self-guided courses, and education to individuals looking to achieve their nutritional goals.
