So I did the appointment with this app and then when I get to the reception they told me that I was not on the system. My appointment was at 11am, I get to the center at 10:20am takes at least 4 hours to the doctor see me.

Made the appointment on the app and got a confirmation . When I got there I was told I have to call in and confirm my appointments even after the App confirms the appointment.
IMO it kind of defeats the pourposes of the app if I still have to call in and confirm the already confirmed appointment

It was not doctor Costas-Katz and the way was 3 hours and they even called me to be at 930 instead of 10:30 and I still had to wait 3 hours to be seen

I made my appointment with Dr Carmen cost as kats. The Dr office called to say she wouldnt be in and asked if i would take a male Dr and i said yes. I arrived on time and they didnt have my appointment on file or anything the woman i spoke with was rude talking to me like i was stupid. She finally gave me paperwork to fill out and i did so and sat waiting for an hour past my appointment time. I finally got up to ask when i would go back and she said the doctors went to lunch and itd be another hour! I left. They had no organisation there and were very rude.

Doctor Carmen was great. The wait was absolutely horrible. The front desk was absolutely chaotic. I needed a referral put into the system after my appointment but nope, one month later and being put on hold for over an hour and having MULTIPLE people be nasty and hang up on me, the referral is still not in. Horrible, HORRIBLE staff. Not worth wasting your time with. There are other doctors just as good who have a decent staff.

I went for a year check up, it took them 4 1/2 hrs just to do nothing but give me 20 different appointments to come back. Felt like my day wasted, the customer service was great but very slow tending to needs.....

Horrible, Horrible. I waited 4 and half hours, they didn't realize there was a zocdoc appointment and" squeezed me in". there are too many secretaries at the front desk and over and over people kept asking me if i changed my primary to this doctor. Even though i repeatedly told them i did, showed them on my phone when I logged in. And even one girl called the insurance and found that I did. Also no one remember to check with the manager when I could be seen by the doctor. they just kept forgetttin I was there.
