I had requested a skin cancer screening. I had to wait an hour before I was seen by the PA. When she did meet with me, she didn’t introduce herself, and seemed in a rush. On top of that, she was somehow under the impression that I was just there for a referral which was never stated or requested. I paid a good bit to essentially waste my time and get my temperature and blood pressure taken. Not sure why they took my appointment if they knew they couldn’t provide the requested service. I almost feel scammed.
Additionally, the staff break area was right outside of the room I was in and I could hear everything they were saying which just seemed unprofessional.
The front desk staff and nurse were friendly.

the main thing that stood out to me is that I was forgotten in my room twice during the same visit. On both occasions the staff was so loud asking if there was still a patient (in the room I was in), or they asked out loud do we have any patients left and loudly trying to figure out who I was, what room I was in and then saying my name out loud for everyone to hear. My urine sample was "found" and they starting trying to read the name on the cup, saying my name out load again for everyone to hear. The lack of discretion was overwhelming for me.
