Carol was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable, warm spirited, and her explanations were very absorbing and easy to understand. For the first time I understand what’s going on with my body- and the amount of relief I feel is unbelievable. I’m finally understanding what’s happening and how to make it better. Carols approach is realistic and well thought out. She made me feel super comfortable even though I was admitting some of the most embarrassing truths about my horrible diet and overall habits. I really felt a sense of trust and safety upon our first consultation. I can’t wait to check in on our next visit and see where I’m at! Thank you, Carol!

Carol helped me to control my blood sugars which resulted in my HgbA,C to decrease to 6.2!!! When I started with her I was 20lbs heavier and my blood sugars were in the 200 range! Love her!

Great RD! I am down 30lbs and my cholestrol is now normal! She taught me how to listen to my body and be more mindful. She is also very smart and pretty :)

Carol is awesome! She is beautiful inside and out! I have been seeing her for 6 months now and am down 45 lbs!!! I am now in a size 8 !!!
