Raised in Colorado, Carol double majored in sports science and psychology at the University of Denver. She graduated from the Physician Assistant/Child Health Associate Program at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver. Carol began her career as a physician assistant with Thornton Medical Center. She remained with the practice for more than 17 years and after a two-year break she is back at Thornton Medical Center with the group she calls family.
“I like to solve health-related mysteries and the work I do with my patients allows me to do that. I help piece together their health concerns to find the root cause of their issue. I enjoy taking care of both the physical and mental parts of each patient.”
From an early age Carol was drawn to healthcare and physical therapy. She has a special interest in pediatrics and women’s health. When she is not working Carol makes jewelry, scrapbooks, reads and enjoys all things mystery.
