I went for annual women's exam. Mollie assured me that it was not necessary for me even though I requested it. She diminished my concerns about weight gain from an SSRU to "must have diabetes". I never even been prediabetic. They took my labs and have not called to follow-up. I recommend finding a provider that cares about patient's concerns and cares to help with health instead of "educating" on irrelevant health topics. Mollie seems set in her ways and not worried about patient's needs or wants.

The front staff were friendly and helpful, but despite a very empty office, I waited a significant amount of time to be taken back to a room and again longer for Mollie to see me. When she finally arrived, she asked very few questions and didn’t seem to listen to any of my concerns, instead just suggesting we run a couple tests and leaving. I am overall very disappointed. This was my second time seeing her and last time she included information in my chart that we hadn’t discussed, which made me feel even more like the communication and listening were very poor.
