The front office clearly has no idea what they are doing. They were unsure if my insurance was accepted or not, even though I sent it over well in advance and zocdoc says it's accepted. The. They said it wasn't accepted anymore, but didn't apologize or show any empathy. Total waste of time.

Very kind, patient. I felt very comfortable talking to the DR; though it was my first time seeing her. She answered my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed. I enjoyed my visit, don’t think I’ve ever said that after a doctor appointment before.

The check in was quick because I entered much of my info into MyChart as a new patient. The med assistant and front desk staff were friendly and quick. My visit with the doctor was pleasant and thorough. I felt heard and she addressed all of my questions. Was a great 1st experience.
