Dr. Carole's background in competitive sports, swimming at the University of Hawaii, and experience in hospitality has all lead her to a career in health and wellness. She is also a certified personal trainer (NASM-CPT), Precision Nutrition Level 1 Coach, and Barbell Rehab Method Certified.
She attended Palmer College of Chiropractic West, where she was an active member of Sports Council, which offers chiropractic care to the community at local sporting events, most notably the Sea Otter Classic.
In her free time she enjoys training and racing sprint triathlons and half marathons. This is how she was able to stay focused, on track, and in shape while at chiropractic school. In 2021, she competed at the USA Triathlon Age Group National Championships. And she is a part of Team Zoot, a top-tier nation-wide triathlon team.
