About Caroline Carr
Caroline Carr, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant with over 20 years of experience in dermatology and aesthetic medicine. Originally from Houston, Texas, she completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin and went on to earn her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California.
Caroline has practiced in both Southern and Northern California, where she gained extensive experience in a variety of dermatologic settings before returning to Austin. Her clinical background includes diagnosing and managing a wide range of skin conditions. She is also highly trained in the early detection and treatment of skin cancers, performing thorough skin exams and surgical procedures with precision and care.
In addition to her medical expertise, Caroline is a skilled and advanced aesthetic injector, known for delivering natural, balanced cosmetic results. Her comprehensive knowledge of both medical and aesthetic dermatology allows her to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs.

Went in for a rash checkup and full body inspection because it was my first time at a dermatologist. i had the little medical robe on and she looked at my rash and never did the inspection. I asked the other assistants there if she was going to do an inspection and they said she already did it but I was only in the room for 5 minutes and she never looked at my back or chest which is where most of my sunspots are. appt seemed rushed and when i was trying to say my symptoms it was like she was putting words in my mouth or cutting me off. didnt feel like anything that happened AI couldnt have done or a simple google search. i did get a prescription but its just a common cream...
