Caroline Raftopol PA-C joined Murphy Dermatology & Aesthetics in March 2021. She hails from Westchester County and is a graduate of Mercy College, where she earned her Master's in Physician Assistant Studies. With over 8 years of experience in dermatology, Ms. Raftopol sees patients of all ages for various skin conditions and performs skin cancer screenings. Additionally, she offers cosmetic services such as wrinkle-reducing injections and laser skin rejuvenation treatments. When not in the office, you can usually find Caroline with her family and cats, doing DIY craft projects or learning about astronomy in her spare time.

It was an amazing experience from start to finish. As soon as I walked through the door, the receptionist greeted me with a kind smile, and took the information that was required. I was escorted to the exam room and was greeted by a very friendly medical assist (sorry can’t remember her name) who listened attentively to my concerns and reason for my visit. PA Caroline entered the room shortly thereafter and her professionalism, demeanor and body language immediately put me at ease.
I never sought dermatology care before, so having this be my first experience initially, I was apprehensive. Caroline listened to my concerns, thoroughly examined me and took care of my needs immediately.? ? She was extremely thorough and did not rush the process.? I cannot say enough great things about her and the staff and highly recommend the Murphy Dermatology Group!! A+++

I would only advise that the workers should. Introduce themselves by name. I say this because the person who first called me back and went over a few items,gave me a gown and left. I thought she was the person with whom l had the appointment. I waited for 25 or so minutes before someone new came into the room and started asking the same question. My confusion forced me to ask her name. When she told me name I realized she was the person I had the appointment with and the earlier person was an aid.
