Dr. Wong was very patient and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions, explained my insurance benefits, and took her time helping me find the perfect contacts. She let me try on three different contact brands before helping me find one that was cheaper and had a rebate! You can't get any better than that. Her staff was quick and friendly. One of the ladies at the front desk even took time to help me look at some glasses frames. Overall, great experience. The only two negatives I would say is: the parking lot is small (but there is a valet option in the back and a paid parking lot across the street) and there is a lot of clutter in the office. But those last two don't really matter. I highly recommend going to Dr. Wong!

I loved Dr. Wong! I didn't have to wait too long to see her and her colleague. They are really good at conversation and is very open with everything they are doing and what they think and why. I really would recommend her to all my friends and family looking for an eye doctor. She was fun to talk to and she just had a really great vibe about her.

Jackie and Dr. Low were extremely welcoming and nice! I loved that Jackie took the time to explain my insurance coverage patiently, while Dr. Low not only explained what she was doing, but WHY (she even showed me a picture of my eye and explained to me in detail what they look for). Great experience.

Really pleasantly surprised with my experience here. Everyone was very friendly and kind in the office and I was seen right away! They were really great about finding the best ways for my insurance to work for me, and for me to get the best value, rather than for them to get the most money. I've had other experiences in LA where the optometrists were just trying to push expensive procedures and eye-wear on me. So glad I could just get in and out with my prescription.
Really happy with them and will definitely be going back here from now on!
