The booking of my appointment online was simple and quick, and I was able to get in the same day. Wow! That never happens. Carrie was extremely thorough with a skin check and not rushed. She was friendly and took the time to put me at ease with my worries. I had to wait a few minutes in the waiting room beyond the appointment time, but it was within reason.

Very pleased with the overall process for making an appointment, the availability of appointments, and the quality of care once seen. I think the doctor put me on a good path, and the staff helped me make additional appointments for preventative care and screening.

Carri quickly diagnosed my issue and I am 99% sure that her diagnosis is correct. I went to her after a urologist told me everything was normal and I didn't believe he was right. She told me the condition I had, some info about it, and how to treat it (with medication).
I wish she was just a bit kinder... she just told me (a young man) that I had a long-term skin condition on my junk. I think she realized I was upset and became kinder.
Anyway, wait time was good, she [seemingly] correctly diagnosed the condition quickly, and she prescribed the medicine to treat it. She listened to everything I said and answered all my questions. Great job.

As soon as i got there I was let in not 3 minutes later. Everyone was extremely nice and had amazing bedside manner. Every question I asked was answered promptly and with no hesitation. I live 4 hours from the dermatologist and I will continue to make the trip every year! 10/10 recommend.
