After years and years of shuffling through different therapists, psychiatrists, and different forms of therapy this is the first time I felt listen to, respected, and cared about. I was made to feel like a person instead of a problem. Doctor Oplinger is the breath of fresh air I needed in my mental heath journey! I have never felt this prepared and assured with my mental health journey.
