About Catherine Stephens
Catherine Stephens, APRN, FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner at White Integrated Health Clinics, Waterside location in Fort Worth, Texas. She has over 20 years of nursing experience caring for patients of all ages and stages of life.
Cathy graduated from Eastern New Mexico University with her nursing degree and received her nurse practitioner degree through the University of Texas at Arlington. Cathy is Board Certified in family practice through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Cathy also speaks Spanish, allowing her to connect with more patients.
Cathy is trained in Family Medicine. She performs wellness visits, yearly physicals, school physicals, and treatment for chronic and acute illnesses, including cold, flu, and allergies. She specializes in hormone replacement testing/treatment including thyroid and is certified by BioTe to administer Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy to both men and women.
In practice, Cathy utilizes Regenerative Medicine and Joint Injections to help heal arthritic/degenerative issues with Trigger Point Injections to help alleviate muscle spasms/decrease inflammation/pain. She uses IV hydration/vitamin therapy, patient education, labs and much more. She evaluates root cause for other treatments of chronic pain, with many alternative treatments that work.
Weight loss is one of her passions and believes that some patients trying to reach weight loss goals could benefit from professional assistance, nutritional counseling, lifestyle alteration, and root cause analysis.
As needed, Cathy runs labs at White Integrated Health Clinics to help patients see a fuller picture of their health. Cathy will interpret labs and discuss the results with the patient to develop the best personalized plan of care.
Cathy focuses on finding root cause of symptoms when possible. She recognizes that listening to her patients is one of the most important aspects of patient care and there is more to patient care than medicating symptoms.

Catherine is the best Medical Practitioner I have ever had and I am 66 years old
My overall health is much improved since I started seeing her over a year ago!
My visits are prompt, efficient, she and staff are patent, she takes time ro ask questions and listens addressing every detail. Very thorough! Very personable

I have had 2 previous rough experiences with gyno Dr's but she absolutely made me feel very comfortable! She was very throughout with communication, was very professional, and coming from a previous SA survivor (which she didn't know of) this meant the world to me. I will continue to use her and her staff for future appointments moving forward.

Was told I was getting blood work done and came into my appointment and was told it was too late in the day to do labs. The Dr whom I saw tried to prescribe me muscle relaxers even though I was having stomach issues… now I have to spend time finding a new PCP for the pains I went in for.

I have been seeing Cathy for probably 2 years. I’m generally healthy, so I wanted to get all my cares under 1 person for a holistic approach to managing my health. Cathy is always super nice and listens to my concerns or questions. She is one who wants to get to and address the root problem vs. dishing out medicine to cover a symptom. She offers teledoc appointments is you can’t or if there’s really no need to be seen in person. When she has had to refer me to a specialist, I’ve never been disappointed. I honestly don’t have anything negative to say! I highly recommend, Cathy Stephens!
