“Thank you for no more headaches! I suffered severe episodes of headaches and congestion for many years. Dr. Yeung's surgery has enabled me to feel so much better. Healing time took about two months, and I steamed religiously (which he is a stickler about), but it is well worth it. Thank you to his kind staff as well.”

Great visit. Friendly doctor. Efficient office. Got my symptoms diagnosed and treatment. Recommend this office and dr.

Dr. Yeung and office staff were very friendly and accomodating. I have already recommended him to my sister!
He’s super sarcastic and acts like he doesn’t , but knows his practice and is straight to the point.
Verified patient
Doctor Yeung is very professional and to the point and I appreciate that.
Verified patient
He was very knowledgeable and relateable. He even cracked a joke or two.
Verified patient
His service with excellent and took his to explain my concerns.

Staff and office is quite nice, but Dr Yeung is a really awkward and extremely condescending man. He disregarded my symptoms and instead spent the entire time speaking in short, disjointed nonsense without giving me a chance to speak.
Thank you for no more headaches! I suffered severe episodes of headaches and congestion for many years. Dr. Yeung's surgery has enabled me to feel so much better. Healing time took about two months, and I steamed religiously (which he is a stickler about), but it is well worth it. Thank you to his kind staff as well.

Very rude, demeaning, and unprofessional. Normally I wouldn't pay too much attention if I received a truly professional and satisfactory assessment, however that was not the case. Wouldn't answer any of my questions and acted visibly annoyed that I was there getting checked "just for a broken nose" (when I was told by another doctor to get it checked by a specialist in the first place).
My wife had her sinus surgery done by Dr. Yeung years ago and has been great ever since. I finally bit the bullet and went through with the procedure this summer. Great experience. Great results. Definitely recommend Dr. Yeung. He is a talented surgeon, very experienced and will give you a straight forward, no nonsense approach to dealing with life-long sinus issues. I like his candor and, more than that, the results.

Dr. Yeung was recommended to me by a colleague who said he had changed her life by making a dramatic improvement in her quality of life. I had surgery with him three months ago and feel better than at virtually any time in my life. I no longer have the constant headaches, nasaly / congested voice, drainage running down the back od my throat, ear pressure. My symptoms were awful, and they are GONE! I cant express strongly enough what a difference Dr. Yeung has made for me. I had a previous doctor do a balloon sinuplasty on me and it was such a waste of time and money. I am very happy that I found Dr. Yeung! Recommend him and his surgery highly!
Very happy with my experience. Learned a lot about my sinus condition. I finally understand why I am having so much trouble breathing. We discussed my options and the doctor took a lot of time to answer all my questions. He identified issues with my anatomy that other ENTs had missed in my CT scan. I would highly recommend this practice. Very knowledgeable, experienced and Dr. Yeung really demonstrated his desire to help me fix my sinus problems. The staff is super nice as well and parking is convenient. Overall great experience.

He was very rude and extremely disrespectful to his assistant right in front of me. She was clearly embarrassed and should not have been treated in this manner. This was very unprofessional and if he had an issue with her it could have easily been handled privately. He asked questions in a very condescending tone and i never received a clear answer to any of the question i had for him. I will seek another opinion as I was very dissatisfied with this visit.
Somewhat sarcastic.
Was ok...

This md is condescending, and has minimal respect for connection with patients. I almost left mid exam. He didn't introduce himself, or look at me when asking medical history questions. I regret not honoring other negative reviews. I wasted a co-payment. There are so many other ent options.

The waiting is way too long.

He is a professional. I do not display the normal signs of problems, so I am an unusual case. When he discovered I was having major issues, he stopped and took notice. He was very professional. I recommend him to anyone who is having major sinusitis and cannot get anyone to take notice. He is not for the hypochondriac or med seeker.

I really enjoyed my visit! I found Dr. Yeung on ZocDoc through a google search I was able to make a same day appointment and he was very kind and detailed. He explained the issues I was having and how to move forward. I highly recommend him.

We brought our 4 year old son for a consultation with Dr. Yeung. Our son had failed a hearing test, and the pediatrician recommended that we have him evaluated both for hearing, as well as other sinus issues (as there is a family history). Dr. Yeung put our son at ease - which was very important to us. He asked a variety of questions, and kept the appointment moving along. It seems some folks on these reviews interpreted this as rushed - but we felt we had our questions answered, and that it was efficient (and this means a lot when dealing with an inquisitive child!). We appreciated that he took a holistic approach, and did not immediately recommend surgery - but rather suggested different options. We left feeling informed, and would certainly use Dr. Yeung again should we need to take additional steps!

Hello, Last week I saw Dr. Yeung for the second time about issues that I had with my sinuses (i.e. throat/nose/nasal passages/ears etc.) As a young child (6) I had my tonsils, and adenoids out, and tubes put in my ears. Pretty much my entire life (I am now 35) I have had a very week sense of smell and for the most part am only ever able to breath out of one nostril at a time. Dr. Yeung was thorough in gathering all information from me during our discussion. After initial talking with him about the situation I was encouraged to get some scans of my sinus area so he could further his diagnosis. Dr. Yeung provided me with a referral for a location to get the scans. I go them and brought them back to his office last week. He diagnosed my condition and we are proceeding with scheduling surgery to clear out my passages. Throughout both appointments Dr. Yeung answered my many questions and also provided me with a timeline for activities that typically take place. He also asked me many questions that assisted him in making his diagnosis and provided me with the the positive aspects and negatives aspects of everything that would take place. In planning the surgery I am comfortable with how he interacted with me and his track record with past clients. I would certainly recommend Dr. Yeung to anyone interested in a competent, through, and kind professional Dr. that is good at what he does and put's you at ease when you are in his office. Thank You Dr. Yeung to both you and your staff. I look forward to the upcoming surgery. Regards, Glen

I recived horrible service! It was my first time there. He was all over the place with his questions and if you messed up your answer or fumbled over your words he would belittle you! Didn't take my problem seriously and wouldn't answer my questions. Both he and the nurse were very rude.

I met with Dr. Yeung January 2014. I met with him twice but felt uncomfortable because the entire time he asked me questions or went through the visit he didn't make very much eye contact. On top of that, after receiving my scans, I decided to not return to him from then on out and I let him know. He walked out of the room and never returned. He had a nurse check me out and finish the visit. Finally, I received a bill recently (Feb 2015) for my visit over a year ago and I called to check on it. I spoke with Tammy, the receptionist, and after checking my chart realized she originally gave me the wrong information. From there, she hung up on me once I asked her any further questions. Overall, I would never refer or return to his office/location. I am only speaking for his staffs behavior and his behavior during a visit. This is not a rating on any procedures/etc.
Dr. Yeung performed a revision rhinoplasty on me about a month ago. I had my original rhinoplasty about 10 years ago in Dallas and I regret not knowing about Dr. Yeung then. My before and after photos are incredible- I never knew that my nose could look this good. Recovery was a breeze as well-he didn't use packing and I could breathe through my nose the entire recovery. If you are considering a primary or revision rhinoplasty Dr. Yeung is by far the best and most skilled surgeon you could ask for.

He just prescribed me Amoxicillin which gave me very bad diarrhea for weeks and he didn't tell me about that and how to fix diarrhea. Terrible experience.

Dr. Cecil was very friendly and personable. He explained everything really well and answered all my questions thoroughly. I would definitely recommend him!

I went to Dr. Yeung for sinus surgery at the request of my family physician. I wasn’t sure what to expect because I have never had surgery before. Dr. Yeung was very professional, informative and helpful. He spent a lot of time discussing why I needed surgery, what to expect from the surgery and was happy to answer all of my questions…. And I asked a lot of questions! I found his staff to be particularly helpful. They always called me back when they said they would (which is rare!) and they helped me a lot with my insurance company. I did have to wait about 30 minutes, but it was definitely worth it. He’s very direct and honest, which I greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend Dr. Yeung for anyone who needs sinus surgery.
Very nice, to the point and informative .

I found Dr. Yeung to be very professional and competent, and I feel that he will really help me with my ongoing sinus problems.

When I arrived I was disappointed because it looked like another glossy cosmetic surgery office and I wanted a straight forward ENT. He does both. He spent a lot of time with me and asked about 20 questions and took very complete notes before writing a prescription for my allergies. It wasn't just write and run which I appreciate. He is very thorough and I would highly recommend him. D. Barrios

It was one of the worst experiences at a doctor that I have ever had. He was rude and dismissed what I would say. His bedside manner was attrocious. I had to wait an hour and a half to see him (I was thirty minutes early). Plus, when he sprayed decongestant in my nose (with a spray hose), he gave me little to no warning and then was annoyed with my reaction to having liquid shot up my nose. However, he seemed like he was very nice to the women; they all walked out smiling. He also seemed like he was rushing through some portions of the appointment, which really really annoyed me after I had waited so long for my appointment. I am going to have my stuff sent to a different doctor. That was a horrible experience.
I like the way I could go online and make my appt. Dr. Yeung is a wonderful Dr., He explained things to me and I feel with me having a hard time to breath it will be very soon where I will breathe easy again.
Verified patient
He was personable and showed that he was interested in my problem. He made me feel like I could depend on him to take care of my problems. He didn't rush me out and not take care of my problem.

Friendly, very knowledgable staff and Doctor
I do not plan to go again. Primary reason is that I need to see a doctor who's main profession is ear nose and throat. From listening to Dr Yeung, his specialization is in plastic surgery for issues relating to the ear nose and throat. But maybe i misunderstood his comments. I was hoping to get an antibiotic to get rid of a sinus infection. He didnt think i had a sinus infection. I respect his oppinion but would have preferred the antibiotic as i was leaving town the following monday and wanted to be proactive in treatment. No worries.
Ive been a patient of Dr. Yeung's for many years. He helped me with sinus infections and done amazing surgery to fix it. I can breath now and sleep much better. I could not thank him enough.
