“I’m not the type to give a review unless I have an experience that has to be shared. I’ve brought my 6 year old son to Centers Urgent Care Hunts Point several times over the last 2+ years & always had an hassle-free, positive experience. Upon arriving, we’re checked in immediately. I confirm his information (address, phone #, insurance) & the nurse escorts us to an exam room and takes his height, weight & vital signs. Within minutes, the doctor (already briefed on his case) is there to examine him. I have 3 children & I’ve never been to a doctors appt (for my kids or myself) that has such a fast & efficient check-in process. This has been my experience every time my son has been seen at this office. We’ve come in on different days, at different times, with an appt or as a “walk-in” and it doesn’t matter. The doctors are always very kind, well mannered & thorough with my son. They speak TO him & not just about him & make him feel incredibly comfortable. They get an A+++ in my book!!”

My experience was good no complaints the gentleman who signed me in was nice and handled me right away.
The doc that saw me was nice as well. She explained why she couldn’t really help me in my situation.
My overall experience for my first time was okay was happier spending what I spent on it just to know i was okay at least my whole experience a 8 1/2

Very disappointed; I traveled 40 minutes for an appointment and was 5 minutes late- at 7:50. The office was locked and I had to ring the doorbell many times for someone to bluntly tell me I was too late and the office was closed.

First of all the receptionist or assistant was great she greeted me and helped me as soon as I walked in , and the dr was great friendly and listened and explained everything and called me today to give me my results and asked if I had any questions, overall I give them a 10 I really loved this care

It was horrible I made an appointment on line for urgent care they said they don’t do appointments on line for urgent care didn’t find my daughters name when they looked made me wait 1 hour and didn’t even give my daughter antibiotics cuz they need to give me results first I sent elsewhere they took care of my daughter and gave me the antibiotics the girls in the front seen me there waiting over 15 min online nobody in front of me don’t ask if I need help but after me every person that walked in they asked can I help you waste an hour for nothing

This was my first time visiting this urgent care center. Everything was seamless from being welcomed by the staff at the reception area to the care and bedside manner provided by Dawn, the Nurse Practitioner. The facility was clean and sanitary. A diamond in the rough this place is. I highly recommend.
