Unprofessional, they never showed up at the office in Elmhurst. They share an office once a week and they never arrived. At front desk, they just advertise aesthetic procedures among many other procedures for loosing weight, Botox, men endurance pain injections. I would never go there. I run away from those people.

The experience was superb! I had no issues with seeing a provider
after signing in at the front desk. Wait time was very quick. Appreciated the patient care assistance. I gone in for a bacterial infection and provider did really well to help me on what was going on with me. As a result, she prescribed me anti-biotics. Again great job!!!! Looking forward to see you guys in the near future.

I was not made aware of the amount of my copay before my appointment. As a result, I could not afford the Co-pay at the beginning of my visit. I asked if I could still be seen while I move money around and pay them after my visit and they refused. I had to go elsewhere.(Further away)

The first person to take my temperature and take my blood pressure was very kind and listened to my symptoms, the provider I saw barely listened and only listened to what she wanted to hear. She offered me nothing but a strep test and refused to check anything else. Once I left I began to have an earache and now I feel worse than before.

Essentially what you would expect from a walk-in clinic in a shopping plaza. Prescription-strength ibuprofen fixes everything (apparently). I did start to feel better a few days together - I just wish the clinicians were more knowledgeable. There's a huge divide between their services and care and the ER - wish it was more in the middle. Also, I could hear the person who ended up treating me talking about their "very annoying coworker" before entering the exam room - a little unprofessional. But as I mentioned, would not expect much else!

To start, I was never asked “how are you today?” I was asked my symptoms and I was as transparent as possible. My symptoms clearly presented signs of flu or rsv. When she took my temp she said I had a fever. I asked if I could be tested for rsv. When the “practicer” came in she asked my symptoms again so I repeated myself. When I mentioned chest pain she said “like a heart attack or pain from coughing” I thought, I’ve never had a heart attack but if this is pain from coughing shouldn’t that be a bad thing? So I told her my chest feels like it’s breaking. I also told her I had a fever (it was 101) she told me it’s not really a fever it’s just a little elevated. She did a very brief examination and told me it looks like a regular cold. She said flu and strep came back negative so she just sent me home. I felt rushed and dismised especially since I told her I had a hard time breathing. I got my lab results today which shows that flu was Detected. Still waiting on call from care provider.

Overall. I never have complaints other than yesterday's visit. Dr. Canceled my lab for throat culture because I wanted some meds right away. Flu and covid was neg. But common sense says, I'd like to know what was my throat culture...smhh. didn't like the Dr much.. other than that being my only complaint, this place is great
