I am a Registered Dietitian that focuses on using nutrition and lifestyle counseling to heal your gut and hormones and improve mental wellness. I specifically use nutrition counseling, education, and lab testing to get to the root cause, target symptoms, and create lasting change. I believe that in order to keep habits long term, you need a strong "why", and addressing your physical, mental, and emotional health buckets will do just that. My ideal client is ready for a lifelong change.
I use a specific framework with 1:1 clients that focuses on mindset and digging deep into their "why", blood sugar balance, reducing inflammation, gut/ brain connection, sleep, stress and energy management, and the science behind long term change. I also use lab testing with most of my clients for hormone or gut testing.
