About Anthony Tassoni
Anthony has been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) since 2012. He earned his Bachelor's in Dietetics and Clinical Nutrition from West Chester University and completed his Dietetics internship at Cedar Crest College. In 2023, he started VitaMental Nutrition, LLC with a mission to help others improve their health and lose weight through good nutrition and sustainable goals.
Anthony is board certified in obesity and weight management by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. He's not just about weight loss, though. He's also experienced in diabetes prevention and management, heart disease prevention and management, digestive health, men's health, general health and wellness, sports nutrition, and more!

Anthony is wonderful! I've tried all of the diets and I never stuck with it. I met Anthony at an event and decided to go a different route. He started our 'journey' with what to add into my diet instead of what to take out. I'm now concentrating on cleaning up my eating. It's making a big different in my mindset--I don't feel deprived at all. I think going to a dietician is the best route because it's an individualized route--what works for me. I highly recommend Anthony--he's just a really nice guy too :)
