I went on for a physical and instead was asked to come back again for that as the provider wanted to address three problems I brought up. My entire appt was maybe 10min to 15min long so it's frustrating I have to come back again and pay another copay. It felt like a waste of time.
The doctor tried to be empathetic I guess by stating she knows what I'm going through BUT her and I are not the same we can have the same condition but different experiences and severity. At one point she told me "even if you told me you drank two sodas a year I would say it is too much" (I said I drink one Fanta zero every other day).
She gave me a referral for a nutritionist after just asking me about soda intake and nothing else but not for the severe ingrown nail I have where I explained to her it was because of an injury and I still got advice on how to cut my nails. She didn't even look at it and recommended an Epsalm bath before I get a referral. My toe is beyond Epsalm bath being enough to fix it

She took the time to answer every question and explained everything she was doing while examining me. I wasn’t pressured or given a lecture about tests I didn’t want to have done. It was a really good visit.

My provider today was VERY thorough, a great listener and addressed my issues. She was on top of everything and made sure I was comfortable with my follow up instructions. By far one of the top providers I have ever had. Professional as well as the office staff and the medical assistant. Highly recommend this practice and provider. Thank you
