Her mission is to reshape the nutritional habits of the modern family to optimize long-term health, improve client relationships with food, and reduce the likelihood of obesity and chronic diseases. Good nutrition does not mean counting calories, following fad diets, or eating only salads. Christina believes you can have your cake and eat it too. It's about guilt-free enjoyment of all foods while making small, achievable changes that can be maintained long-term. Her mission is simple: promote quality nutrition, empower you to make healthy food choices, serve as your judgment-free Dietitian, and simplify mealtime.
