“Zocdoc failed to properly set the dermotologist appointment i was looming for. I specifically looked up a dermotologist and was still offered an appointment with a nurse practitioner. The only thing that was accomplished during todays appointment was scheduling the proper appointment i need. This is purely zocdocs fault and should not reflect on the fantastic and very nice service that was offered today. I lower score towards office staff due to the snarky and somewhat rude attitude recieved by the lady i had spoken to for check in. When explaining to her that i was there for a dermo appointment she did not seem very willing to help even after i explained that this is the address the appointment was set for. I finally asked her to please look up my appointment and she did find my appointment which was at that building. Was for sure not a very welcoming experience at first. Everyone else in back was fantastic though.”

My doctor nurses and admin at the clinic are wonderful. It's the very reason I still choose to use this location and the folks that work there. Even though I'm working In Wisconsin now, it's worth the drive.
