About Dr. Christina Woodworth
I’m a board-certified family medicine physician with a passion for whole-person, integrative care. Originally from South Dakota, I earned my medical degree from Creighton University. I completed a preliminary year in internal medicine before transferring to and completing my residency in family medicine, where I focused on women’s health, adolescent care, and lifestyle medicine.
I believe in partnering with patients to uncover the root causes of illness and support long-term wellness through nutrition, movement, and evidence-based care. I also completed the University of Arizona Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine residency curriculum and am a proud member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
My family and I recently relocated to Colorado and are excited to explore everything this beautiful state has to offer. At home, we love spending time outdoors and sharing life with our son, our spirited Shih Tzu, Joey, and our feisty Siamese cat, Enzo.

Dr. Woodworth is the first doctor that listened to me on a more personal level. She took her time, and my appointment didn’t feel rushed at all (like other providers). I will definitely be going back to her!

I had such a wonderful experience from the moment I walked into this doctor’s office! The space was open and inviting—so much nicer than many other clinics. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly. Payton the assistant, was so attentive and kind. Ms. Woodworth was amazing—polite, patient, and she never made me feel rushed. She is genuinely a fantastic doctor! I highly recommend Ms. Woodworth and her staff.
