Dr. Farnworth received his undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the California College of Podiatric Medicine. He is currently on staff at Washington Adventist Hospital, MedStar Montgomery Medical Center (formerly Montgomery General Hospital), Holy Cross Hospital and Lockwood Ambulatory Surgery Center. Dr. Farnworth currently lives in Silver Spring with his son Jackson.

Dr Farnworth was very good at diagnosing the problem and explaining the treatment, and what to expect in the course of treatment. He was very willing to answer questions, and he took an interest in getting to know me as a person. I have a follow up appointment so the treatment is not yet complete.

Dr. Farnworth was humble enough to admit that the kind of wounds on my dad's foot were beyond his level of expertise, and referred us to an excellent wound care center. He is not your run-of-the-mill "I can do anything you need" kind of Doc. He is my own podiatrist and I already respected him and today, with my dad and his complicated problems with wound healing, my respect for him grew even more!

I barely had time to fill out the new patient forms when I got called into the exam room. Dr. Farnworth is very nice and gives clear concise explanations. He is very gentle if you need to get a foot injection (not that it won't burn but he makes it hurt a little less).
