Appointments related to hearing issues, clogged sensations in the ears, or ringing may require an audio exam in addition to the MD visit. These appointments must be scheduled directly with our office to properly evaluate your concerns.

The pre-visit online check-in process was not working, which meant my appointment went longer than anticipated with the nurse going through the entire litany of questions. The wait seemed long, especially considering there was no one in the waiting room besides me. I was told to pay before my appointment…and again afterwards. The machine used in my procedure broke down. Staff tried to fix the problem, and in doing so, revealed the inside of the cabinet that housed the machine was dirty.
We had to switch rooms mid-procedure. I assume it was the doctor who came in at the end, but I’m not sure. On the way out the door, I was forced to pay again…this time for the procedure itself.

DR LETO IS A SWEETHEART, meaning, to me he has JOY in his heart and that Joy fuels his energy. He treats his patients with dignity. There is a positive flow of communication. He explains what you MAY have, WHY you may have it, & what he feels is the best treatment
path. His staff are very amicable too . Thank goodness one can bypass the first floor registration as well as go on line to book an appointment and view patient information. TIME is precious gift. Dr Leto took TIME to answer my questions, but he didn’t have time to chit chat. Although, I bet he is a very interesting conversationalist. I highly recommend.

Dr. Leto is the first ent specialist I have had to deal with. I am always able to get an appointment within a reasonable time. Dr. Leto listens to my issues, always double checks my ears when I say it still feels not great to make sure it looks the way it should. I highly recommend Dr. Leto.

Dr. Leto used an ear cleaning tool to dig deeply into my ear until I was in pain. He was so focused on cleaning my ear, he did not stop when I reacted. It was really painful and not only did he not prepared me for the discomfort by saying it might hurt, but he did not even apologize for causing the discomfort. He seems very knowledgeable and wasn't rude, but I feel he needs to be more cognizant of a patient's emotional cues.

I cannot put into words how pleased I am with Dr. Leto. He is a VERY cool doctor. Not a jerk like some docs I've dealt with. He completely listened, understood, explained, answered my questions, and respected my own wishes. I am very happy. And the office staff were great, too. Very friendly. They also took me in on time! Not like so many doc offices where you wait forever before your appt.
