“I had an excellent experience with Dr Tomaras. He clearly brings a high level of expertise , but what stood out most was the time and attention he personally gave me during my visit. He was patient, thorough, and made sure to answer all of my questions without rushing. I felt heard, well-informed, and confident in his knowledge and recommendations. It’s rare to find a doctor at this level who is so genuinely engaged with their patients. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking thoughtful and expert spine care.”

“Dr. Tomaras was very professional, patient, and thorough. I did a fair amount of research prior to my visit and had a lot of questions. He took the time to answer all of my questions to my satisfaction, and I never felt rushed during the appointment. I scheduled surgery the following week for a C5-C6 disk replacement and look forward to a successful outcome.”

Terrific, from booking appointment to check in and out, so seamless, pleasant and refreshing. The dr was wonderful and explained everything clearly. Quick, no wait and all the staff was so helpful, friendly and supportive. I feel lucky to have found a great neurosurgeon right off the bat in Georgia.
Dr. Tomaras listened to my concerns and addressed them clearly explaining what the remedy should be to correct my lower back pain.

Dr Tomaras exudes calm and competence. He explained everything needed without trying to “show off” like many Dr.s do. He answered all my questions and explained the timeline for recovery. The entire staff has been great as well!!
It was a pleasant surprise that we wre not made to wait hours to be seen!!! Highly recommend Dr Tomaras!!! Only complaint I have is that we were charged $50 for the office to fill out necesary documentation for short term disability, which to me shuld be part of the servies provided since you are being paid a substantial amount for th surgery.
I have been a patient of Dr. Tomaras for a very long time. I trust his opinion and appreciate his time. He has never steered me wrong. His office is very clean and his staff is courteous and respectful !
I called another practice before Axion and they didn't answer the phone. Boy am I glad they didn't! Axion got me in super fast. Dr. Tomaras was so friendly and answered all my questions. I had C5-7 ACDF surgery and Dr Tomaras did an extraordinary job! I was in constant pain, due to a massive herniated disc and had no quality of life. Immediately waking up from the surgery, my pain was gone. I'm so thankful I found Dr. Tomaras and Axion Spine. I got my life back.
I am so glad that I finally found a Neurosurgeon that I can trust, that I like, and he listens to me and talks to me, not at me like some do. When Dr. Barnett passed away unexpectedly, it broke my heart. She was brilliant and took time to show me how to read my MRI, and my Xrays. Granted, I only know how to see my spine, but thats how she was. Dr. Tomaras is like that. He takes the time, and he explains it down to my level. I have the upmost respect for these surgeons, they are at the top of my food chain along with transplant surgeons. Anyway, I am about to have my 6th spinal surgery and 75% of my lumbar will be Titanium. And I am not done yet, I have to turn around in a few months and do a double fusion to my neck. And there is no other surgeon out there I trust as much as I do Dr. Tomaras. I highly recommend him.
Excellent staff and nurses. Dr. Tomaras was an excellent surgeon and fixed my Back Issues. I can highly recommend Axion Spine for your medical needs.
Everyone at the Alpharetta location and everyone I have spoken with or met has been absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful. Every time I show up the check in folks are kind and courteous, the make me feel like a person instead of a patient. My doctor (C. Tomaras) is exceptional, very thorough and communicative. Thank you for demonstrating what a practice should be rom start to finish!
I was refered to Dr Tomaras by a mutual friend who was a cardio thoracic surgeon with 30 + years of experience who said there is only one neuro surgeon in the Atlanta area that I would recommend and that is Dr Chris Tomaras & that was the best referral of my life. I interviewed 4 neurosurgeons, three said to fuse 5 cervical vertebra tomorrow! Dr Tomaras asked if I was in pain & I said no. Dr Tomaras said " I'm not going to do surgery on you under your present circumstances, that was 3 years ago! I trust Dr Tomaras with my life & he is a fine person! Thank You Dr Tomaras, Noel Scott
His staff from the check in people to the clinical staff, to he himself were top notch, very professional, knowledgeable, and soft spoken.

My appointment was at 10:15. I got there around 10:05 and I was called back immediately. I was seen and gone by 10:35. The staff was very friendly. I'm very thankful. By the time I got back to work, Amber called to set up my MRI. Thank you so much Amber

I met Dr. Tomaras by recommendation of a friend of mine. My previous Neurosurgeon, Dr. Barnett was outstanding and I had been looking for that personal touch that she gave to me as a patient, and it took me a few other doctors to meet and finally found Dr. Tomaras and he is absolutely brilliant. His professionalism is outstanding, his staff always have a smile and answer all your questions. I am so thankful that I finally found someone like Dr. Tomaras and he will be the one that does my next surgery. I highly recommend him if you're looking for someone with a great personality, he listens to you and he answers all your questions so that you understand your health. No confusion.
