About Cindy Andrews
Cindy Andrews is a board-certified Physician Assistant and a Diplomate-Fellow of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA).
She graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the State University of New York at Binghamton. After several years in behavioral cardiovascular research, Cindy pursued a desire to become more directly involved in patient care. She earned a Master of Medical Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Arcadia University. She has extensive experience in medical care, with specialization in dermatology since 2012.
Cindy sees patients for routine skin cancer screenings and the diagnosis and treatment of complex to common dermatologic concerns. She performs biopsies, cryotherapy, intralesional injections, laser procedures, and skin cancer excisions. Cindy is also experienced and talented in dermal filler and Botox Cosmetic injections.
Outside of the office, Cindy enjoys spending time with her husband and pets, as well as crafting, hiking, and playing pickleball.

I drove over 3.5 hours round trip for this appointment, hoping for meaningful insight into the worst acne flare-up of my life (I’m nearly 30). I came prepared with previous test results, photos showing how my acne has progressed, and a detailed breakdown of my current skincare routine.
Unfortunately, Mrs. Andrews didn’t examine my skin up close or perform any type of analysis. While she was kind, I didn’t feel that my concerns were truly addressed. It seemed like the default approach was to prescribe medications with significant side effects, rather than taking the time to understand the root cause—something I believe is especially important with complex, hormone-related acne.
This experience reaffirmed my decision to continue working with holistic practitioners who are willing to dig deeper and offer more personalized, long-term solutions.
