Everyone we've interacted with in this office has been absolutely lovely. Check-in is easy, the wait to be moved to a room and then seen is minimal, and I feel the staff is really listening as we discuss any issues.
I've seen 2 different providers (last minute appointment was a "whoever is available" request) & my husband has a different primary - we would highly recommend each of them.

Misleading. I had set up an appointment for something clearly stated they do. Drove from Arlington to Dallas to be seen. I get charged out of pocket for them to tell me they will refer me. Unpleasant, disappointing! Why would I pay and not be serviced.

The office reported having trouble with Zocdoc matching their actual in office schedule. My original appointment was for Thursday at 3 but that slot no longer existed despite me having confirmed in Zocdoc. They quickly rescheduled me for the next day same time. So I was able to get my requested doctor just my original appointment was false.
