This was a great experience! Environment & Atmosphere matters. It was alive and vibrant, not cold and sterile. Everyone was friendly, professional and upon arrival, your energy is uplifted (a great feeling when your health and wellness is the focus). We were immediately escorted to our clean room ( no long wait time). Dr. Cindy Tung and staff had a welcoming, reassuring and professional bedside manner. It was a refreshing healthcare experience.

I have been seeing Dr. Tung for as long as I can remember and she is absolutely amazing. She listens, communicates, and genuinely cares more than any other doctor I have seen.

Dr. Tung has been my family’s pediatrician for nearly 21 years (my oldest is almost 21 and my youngest is 5) but she moved to a new practice and after 21 years together, we followed to the new office. We already knew Dr. Tung was one of the best dr’s. I have tons of health problems myself and I have had only 3 doctors in my lifetime that I like and truly trust 100% and she is one of them. So her being awesome isn’t new. What was new was a ped office that utilized healthcare technology like patient portals, virtual visits, app’s and more advanced tests for ear and eyes. The Edgewater office is far from me but she is such a gem that she is worth the drive and then some. (But I’ll still cross my fingers that she starts having hours at the Paramus office too)

It's very different than what we're used to, very nice, clean and a friendly atmosphere. I love the walls!!! Lol! Doesn't shout "Dr.'s office" which is really good in keeping the children's anxiety at a minimal level.

as soon as we walked in we were greeted very warmly, shortly after taken into a room and seen promptly by the doctor, I loved that the doctor made my daughter feel comfortable and included her in the conversation.

Our experience was great. We have a NICU baby with many follow ups and dr visits so we interface with many drs on a weekly basis. We really wanted to find a great ped. and we certainly have!
The whole staff was super friendly and patience with us as we navigated sharing all the information as new patients through our crying little one. I love that I was able to hold our baby as they did her exam and really appreciated that the care team worked around our baby's needs instead of trying to get her to accommodate them. Greatful that we found a doctor that we plan to stay with after reviewing many many manyyyyy others.
