With nearly 20 years of nursing experience, I bring empathy, clinical knowledge, and a supportive approach to every client’s journey toward wellness.
What should a new client know about working with you?
You can expect to be heard, respected, and supported without judgment. I take a personalized approach to care, working with you to understand your concerns and develop a treatment plan that fits your needs and goals. I provide care for ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma-related conditions, and other mental health concerns.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I start by getting to know you, your concerns, history, and goals. Together, we’ll develop an individualized treatment plan and discuss appropriate medication or other supportive strategies. I’ll continue to monitor your progress and adjust your care as needed along the way.

What I appreciated most was that she gave me practical, concrete steps that I can actually use to manage my ADHD.
