I took my 14-year-old to see Dr. Scott, who has a warm, personable nature. He knew immediately what the issue was based on my explanation of the injury. My daughter felt comfortable with his manner.

Dr. Scott showed my non-binary but female-presenting teen with respect. Always asked before proceeding with the next step to check both my and my child's comfort/consent! Which was beyond appreciated! Great bedside manner and you can tell that the xray tech, the physician assitant, and Dr. Scott like their job! (Definitely coming back for our 6month f/u!) Also, the staff was multi-diverse/cultural, everyone was personable and seemingly happy to be at work! Thanks, Dr. Scott and staff!

Dr. Scott is amazing! I researched him before going to him and based on his reviews I decided to go with him and he did not disappoint! A doctor who listens and takes his time with the patient. My time with him was not rushed and he paid attention to everything I was saying! I was very impressed with the care my son received! I would HIGHLY recommend him!! The staff was also great! 10/10! A doctor who actually cares!

Longer wait than usual but I appreciate the doctor listening and working to get answers based on answers. The down side is awaiting auth for an MRI. Unfortunately, neither pain or school can wait… overall, love this doc so far and his assistant was helpful too. I think the wait depends on which office you’re booked at.

I was highly impressed with NYP's Center for Community Health. The staff from the entrance were excellent. They were extremely friendly and very helpful. My family and I felt comfortable and supported.
Dr. Claude Scott and all staff members were very professional, with excellent quality of care and service. In addition, they were very knowledgeable and compassionate. I would highly recommend Dr. Scott, an Orthopedic Surgeon to family friends and colleagues.
